A petition of a number of electors of Burnett County asked for an order dissolving, consolidating and changing the area and boundaries of certain school districts within said county. On May 18, 1951, the county school committee of Burnett county ordered certain changes in the area and boundaries of certain school districts in that county and filed and recorded the same. Appellants sought to appeal from the order and served their notice of appeal on August 1, 1951 on the secretary of the Burnett county school committee. The respondents moved for dismissal of the appeal for the reason that the same was not timely. The trial court, on September 6, 1951, dismissed the appeal. From the order of September 6, 1951, the appellants have brought this appeal. FAIRCHILD, Justice.
